The 86ph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. 86ph does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If 86ph discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 — whether through a fraudulent registration or any other means — it will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data to the extent permitted by applicable law, return any deposited funds through appropriate channels, and report the incident to PAGCOR as required.
