Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between 86ph ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 86ph.club ("the Platform", "the Site"), and you, the individual accessing or using the Platform ("you", "your", "the Player", "the User").

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, depositing funds into, or otherwise using the 86ph Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform — including but not limited to the 86ph Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms that may apply to particular features or offers.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 86ph Platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms as of the date of such publication.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the 86ph Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful under applicable local, national, or international law;
• You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of 86ph, or of any game provider, payment processor, or other business partner of 86ph;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or similar restriction under PAGCOR regulations or any other regulatory framework;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is prohibited or restricted by applicable law;
• You have not previously had a 86ph account suspended or terminated for any breach of these Terms.

86ph reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage, including at registration, at the time of any withdrawal request, and at any other point during your use of the Platform. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents for age and identity verification include: Philippine National ID (PhilSys), passport, LTO driver's license, UMID (SSS/GSIS), voter's ID, and PRC professional ID. Failure to provide satisfactory identification documents within the timeframe requested by 86ph may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration and Management

To access the real-money gaming features of 86ph, you must register a player account through the 86ph Login registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active 86ph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where 86ph identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any associated winnings or bonuses, and retain any deposited funds pending investigation in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 86ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 86ph will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your 86ph account, you must notify 86ph support immediately.

The name on your 86ph account must match the name on your registered GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or other payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. Discrepancies may delay or prevent withdrawal processing. 86ph is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You may request closure of your 86ph account at any time by contacting 86ph support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any required verification and provided there are no outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus credits. 86ph reserves the right to retain account records for a minimum period as required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 86ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 86ph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on your 86ph account.

86ph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum deposit is ₱100 via e-wallet methods and ₱200 via bank transfer channels. 86ph reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

• All deposits are processed in real-time or within the processing window of the relevant payment provider;
• 86ph does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees;
• Funds deposited into your 86ph account are held in a segregated account and used solely for gaming purposes on the Platform;
• 86ph does not accept deposits from third-party payment methods — the name on your payment method must match your 86ph account name;
• 86ph reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for all methods;
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to an alternative registered method at 86ph's discretion;
• Full KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed;
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day for verified accounts;
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule;
• 86ph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times;
• Bonus credits and promotional funds are not withdrawable — only real-money winnings converted from qualifying wagers may be withdrawn.

Bonuses and Promotions

86ph may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 86ph determines eligibility in its sole discretion;
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multiples are stated in each promotion's terms;
• Bonus credits are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to completion of applicable wagering requirements;
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any one time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms;
• 86ph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to its acceptance by the player;
• Bonuses expire as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate the 86ph bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing hedging bets to minimize wagering risk on bonus funds, or coordinating with other players to abuse bonus structures — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 86ph reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, suspend or terminate the account, and recover any funds paid out as a result of bonus abuse.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 86ph Platform operate according to the rules defined by their respective game providers. 86ph makes these rules available within each game interface and encourages all players to review them before playing.

All slot games and random-outcome games on 86ph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed game studios. The RNG systems used by 86ph's game providers are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories. 86ph does not operate or control the RNG software and relies on the certifications provided by its licensed game partners.

Live dealer games on 86ph are broadcast from professionally operated studio facilities. All live dealing procedures are conducted according to the game rules published by the relevant live casino provider. In the event of a technical failure during a live game round, the round may be voided and bets refunded in accordance with the provider's published procedures.

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or hardware failure that affects the outcome of a game round, 86ph reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and refund the wagered amount to the player's account. No compensation beyond the refunded stake will be provided in such circumstances. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 86ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud 86ph or other players, including through the use of stolen payment instruments, identity theft, or false account information;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or other player-versus-player formats;
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated betting software, scripts, data mining tools, or any other software that provides an unfair advantage or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform;
• Chargeback Abuse: Filing unjustified chargebacks with your GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or other payment provider after placing wagers on 86ph;
• Money Laundering: Using 86ph to launder funds of illegal origin or to conduct any transaction that violates Philippine AML laws;
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform's systems, other players' accounts, or any area of the site not intended for public access;
• Minor Access: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any individual under the age of 21;
• Prohibited Jurisdictions: Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

Responsible Gaming

86ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and its own corporate responsibility obligations. Gaming should be an enjoyable entertainment activity. If gaming stops being enjoyable, or if it begins to affect your finances, relationships, or mental health, 86ph encourages you to use the tools available and to seek assistance.

86ph provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits. Once set, limits cannot be increased until the current period has expired;
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts notifying you of the duration of your current gaming session;
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the Platform for periods ranging from seven (7) days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period;
• Account Cooling-Off: A temporary break from the Platform for a defined period, during which login access is suspended;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net balance position.

It is a criminal offence under Philippine law for any person under the age of 21 to gamble at any licensed gaming establishment, including PAGCOR-regulated online gaming platforms. 86ph takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling extremely seriously. Account holders must ensure that minors cannot access their devices or account credentials. If 86ph discovers that a player is under 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposited funds returned to the registered payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property appearing on or forming part of the 86ph Platform — including the "86ph" name and brand — are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the 86ph Platform without the express prior written consent of the Company.

Game content displayed on the 86ph Platform is owned by or licensed from third-party game providers and is subject to those providers' intellectual property rights. 86ph does not grant you any rights in or to such game content beyond the limited right to access and play the relevant games through the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 86ph and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising from or connected to the Platform;
• Any loss or damage arising from the actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers used in connection with the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's availability due to technical failures, maintenance, force majeure events, or regulatory requirements;
• Any unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any decisions made based on information contained on the Platform, including game rules, house edge information, or promotional material.

In all cases, 86ph's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension and Termination

86ph reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account and to void associated transactions and balances in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on the Platform;
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including failure to verify age or identity within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Fraudulent activity, including chargeback abuse or use of stolen payment instruments;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion or exclusion order from PAGCOR or any other competent authority;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, subject to applicable Philippine law on dormant accounts;
• Any other circumstance in which 86ph reasonably determines that continuing to provide services to you poses a legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to the Company.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 86ph will communicate the basis for suspension to the account holder within a reasonable time and provide an opportunity to respond unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation. Where an account is terminated for fraud or serious misconduct, no such opportunity need be afforded.

Privacy and Data Protection

86ph collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 86ph Privacy Policy.

86ph complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulated service providers, game studios, payment processors, and regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR and the AMLC) as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

86ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 86ph will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the changes. Non-material changes may be implemented immediately and will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the 86ph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of the 86ph Platform, you agree to first contact 86ph's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. 86ph will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within two (2) business days and endeavor to resolve the matter within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, and you believe 86ph has failed to comply with its obligations under PAGCOR regulations, you may escalate your complaint to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, which serves as the regulatory authority for licensed online gaming in the Philippines. 86ph will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or dispute resolution process.

For any legal proceedings not resolved through the dispute resolution mechanisms described above, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
